Thank you for shopping with us! Each of our products is made-to-order, meaning it is printed and produced specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of this, our return and refund policy differs slightly from traditional retail stores.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind

Wrong color choice

Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
As all items are custom-made, we are unable to restock or resell returned products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will offer a free replacement or refund if your item arrives:

Damaged

Defective

With a printing error
-
Incorrect (wrong item received)
To qualify:

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

Include your order number

Provide clear photo evidence of the issue
Once approved, we will either:

Send a replacement at no cost, or

Issue a full refund
You do not need to return the damaged item.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost in transit:

We will offer a replacement or refund after confirming the issue
If the shipping address provided was incorrect:

A replacement may be offered at your expense
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:

3–7 business days for processing after approval

Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins (usually within a few hours of placing the order).
Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
